During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Finally, we'll be making Tiramisù. A traditional italian dessert following the family recipes. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade pasta accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine. This experience also includes a pice of local cake and limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. Other things to note Typically we make two kinds of fresh pasta: Scialatielli (typical Neapolitan pasta) and Gnocchi. Path of the Gods hike, along the Amalfi coast with Enzo
Path of the Gods is an amazing hike from Agerola (Amalfi) to Nocelle (Positano), cause you can see all the Amalfi Coast, Salerno's gulf, Cilento and Capri. The tour ends in Nocelle (Positano), than you can decide either to get 1800 steps down to Positano, or the bus to Positano. 4 Ds of the Gods' path: Difficulty: E (Hiker-MODERATE), Duration: 3 hours , Dislivell: 250 meters and Distance: 7 kms ( 5 miles). So you need to be MODERATE FIT and wear good grip shoes. During the summer you can bring a swimming suit, cause in Positano there is a fantastic beach called Fornillo. The Gods' Path could also start from Nocelle as well, once you book you will get the exact starting point adress. But the main tour is from Agerola to Positano. Slow Food- Walk, Cook & Eat Amalfi Coast
Our journey will starts with a walking in which we will discover the village, its farmers and food tradition. We will also collect ingredients useful in our cooking. So, after reached our kitchen, we will prepare our meal in a cooking class learning how to set up traditional and innovative recipes using the best of food production of the region. Many of this products belongs to the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia or comes directly from some local Slow Food Community. We always prepare the entire lunch making several starters, colorful salads, fresh pasta, pesto or other sauces and desserts. We will end our food journey tasting the prepared 4 courses learning how to pair it with 3 different wines and homemade liquors. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time history as Wine producer, visit our ancient cellar and partecipate to a "fior di latte" Mozzarella Workshop. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our vineyard overlooking the village. The wine tasting will take place in our ancient cellar where we keep our organic Catalanesca white and Aglianico red wine produced from the grapes grown in our own vineyards. I will be pleased to explain the origin of our grapes, the methods of production and offer you white and red wine to try in combination with a selection of the organic goat cheese, salame, pancetta and coppa ham produced in our farm. Now it's time to make Mozzarella: we will show you how to make it and, equally importantly, we will eat and enjoy it all together. This experience also includes a pice of local cake and limoncello. We will start our experience with the presentations drinking a good coffee or a cappuccino, after having told you a little about our history and the products we are going to use we'll start our and your experience. We will prepare together ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramisu, we will start with the preparation of the sause and stuffing, prepare the tiramisu to put in the fridge to rest. After these steps we will start the preparation of the fresh pasta. At the end everyone at the table to taste our dishes. Sarete accolti nell'agriturismo di famiglia e dopo esserci presentati bevendo un caffè o un buon bicchiere di vino biologico prodotto nella nostra cantina inizieremo un divertente corso di cucina. Inizieremo la lezione preparando il dessert: il Tiramisù tradizionale della Costiera Amalfitana. Successivamente prepareremo la pasta fresca e ci divertiremo ad impastare con le nostre mani: tagliatelle e ravioli. Tendo a sottolineare che tutti gli alimenti che useremo durante il corso di cucina sono biologici, a km0 e coltivati e allevati nella nostra fattoria e nel nostro orto. Inizieremo il corso preparando il Tiramisù, il dolce tipico della mia cucina usando la ricetta secolare della mia famiglia. Dopo aver fatto il dolce inizieremo a preparare gli gnocchi. Gli gnocchi sono uno degli alimenti principali nella cucina mediterranea. Dopo aver preparato gli gnocchi faremo la mozzarella, utilizzando latte delle nostre mucche della fattoria. Dopo aver lavorato ed esserci divertiti insieme, arriva il momento più bello, ovvero il momento di mangiare. Dopo aver degustato il lavoro eseguito durante la lezione di cucina potrete fare un tour gratuito della fattoria e a soli 100 metri di cammino potremmo ammirare uno tra i paesaggi più belli della Costiera Amalfitana. Successivamente prepareremo la mozzarella e delle caciotte usando latte a km0 proveniente dalle mie mucche allevate in ampi giardini della fattoria. Dopo di ciò prepareremo le tagliatelle fatte a mano e vi assicuro che vi divertirete molto.Dopo aver trascorso del magnifico tempo con voi ci sederemo a tavola e degusteremo il lavoro eseguito. You will discover what is behind typical Italian and Amalfi Coast cuisine and prepare the tasty menu dishes in a wonderful outdoor kitchen set up with sea view! The Path of Gods to Positano
(EN) Hi, I'm Andrea Send and I love food, outdoor activities, and traveling. In this experience, we will hike the Path of the Gods together, one of the most beautiful trails in all of Italy. I will accompany you from the beginning in Agerola to the end in either Praiano or Positano, depending on your preferences. The ‘Sunset Gods' path’ is a classic walking holiday, on which the cliffside routes will take your breath away. Cut inland from the cliffs and you find vineyards and deep gorges. GODS' PATH details: Difficulty: E (Hiker), Duration: 3 hours and Distance: 7 kms ( 5 miles). So you need to be MODERATE FIT and wear trekking shoes or gym shoes with a good grip. The Path of the Gods is a typical loop trail from Bomerano (Agerola) or from Nocelle (Positano) at loop or from Nocelle (Positano) to Praiano via Convent San Domenico. Once you book check carefully the meeting point details. We can also hike from Nocelle (Positano) to Bomerano (Agerola). We will start our experience with the presentations drinking a good coffee or a cappuccino, after having told you a little about our history and the products we are going to use we'll start our and your experience. We will prepare together ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramisu, we will start with the preparation of the sause and stuffing, prepare the tiramisu to put in the fridge to rest. After these steps we will start the preparation of the fresh pasta. At the end everyone at the table to taste our dishes.
