- You will find this apartment SURPRISINGLY well equipped. It is my home in Lisbon and it is equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable lifestyle. - It was decorated by Portuguese interior designers. The goal was to create a stylish local home environment with a gentle flavor of Portuguese culture that was ultimately reflected with the patterns of the tissues, the original Portuguese tiles on the frames, and the MADE IN PORTUGAL furniture. - Although it is a relatively small space it was designed with the work comfort in mind. You'll notice this in the most fine details such as the anti-fog system in the bathroom that will keep the mirror visible even in the warmest showers. - The apartment is centrally climatized through an embedded air conditioning system. You can easily heat up or cool down the apartment. - Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities (including shampoo, shower gel, spices and coffee). - Pull-out couch that can accommodate 2 extra people (the EASIEST pull-out couch out there!). - WiFi and TV with international channels and free NETFLIX available to you - Lovely balcony with a RIVER VIEW for you to RELAX. - The bed size is 160x200cm couple mattress - There is a closet with wood hangers inside - Guests have private access to the entire apartment. - There is free and unlimited 100MB internet connection as well as free access to a Netflix account. - The kitchen is fully equipped: necessary cooking ware; initial cooking kit including salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar; tableware including wine glasses, etc. - Other essential amenities: hair dryer, Iron & table, hangers, cleaning material, writing material, etc. - If there is anything important missing let us know and we'll provide it ASAP. - We let our guests decide on the level of interaction they wish. - We are always available to help with local suggestions and are happy to meet up with our guests - We are readily available in the most used messaging systems: WhatsApp and iMessage, but also through call, Airbnb chat, email, etc. The property is located in the heart of Lisbon just a short walk from the river. The neighborhood boasts access to a number of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and much more. There is also easy access to the rest of the city. - Bus - There is a bus stop 2 minutes away in Praça da Figueira, you can get pretty much anywhere in the city on a low budget - Metro - The nearest metro station is "Baixa Chiado", 5 minutes away. BEST way to get around. Definitely! (~2€ each trip, or cheaper if you take daily ticket 6,15€) - Tram - 2 minutes away there is a tram station to take you to Belém along the river or to the castle (the famous 28) - do expect a long line!, these are panoramic trips - TOP! - Parking - The parking spots in front of the apartment are paid from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are parking garages available near the apartment (if you can, avoid the burden of finding a parking spot. Public transportation if great and if you need to somewhere more comfortably take an UBER! That's how I do as a local. - The best way to get around is by public transportation. Leave the stress of traffic home and enjoy the city by foot! - The apartment might be relatively small for 4 guests, specially if adults. Nevertheless, the second bed if extremely easy to set up and tidy up!

This sunny apartment is located on the top of the cliff above Sesimbra village, near Serra da Arrábida Natural Park. Located 2km from the Sesimbra village center and the California beach. A car is recommended to better explore the surrounding areas and easily reach the Sesimbra village. On foot the route is a little tricky, since there is no walking path on part of the route to the village.
