Situated near shops & restaurants. 10 mins from UB. Mins away from I-90/290 Thruways. 15 mins to downtown, 22 min to Niagara Falls. Prepare meals in an inviting kitchen w/coffee & the cookware necessary to accommodate your needs. Both bdrms have queen size mattresses. No parties, events, pets or hosting other people are allowed.

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!
