Nice duplex of about 35m2 , bright freshly renovated on the first floor. At the foot of Chinon Castle. Very well located, on a shopping street ( I have the cheese shop on the ground floor!). It is composed of a pleasant living room,TV, sofa bed with its equipped kitchen, a double bed (French bedding) with its dressing room. WI-FI Bathroom with furniture and toilet. Paid parking for the day just in front otherwise free parking 7 min walk (Place Jeanne d 'Arc).
