Large airy apartment in a new building. Bright and nice bedrooms along with the living room and kitchen on the loft floor. Tiled hallway and inviting bathroom on the ground floor. Centrally located on beach property with Krøgeneskilen. There is a bus going to the city about every 15 minutes. Within a short walking distance from the apartment is Arendal's new pride, the swimming island of Løkholmen (see attached photos). There is a private trampoline, dinghy, jetty and beach on the plot shared with the host family if we are home. 45 min driving time The Zoo in Kristiansand.
