Our space is uniquely suited for guests who want to relax in a private space that feels modern and high-end but is still very comfortable. We keep it very clean and try to provide amenities like coffee, water bottles, towels, Netflix, etc so that guests can enjoy all of the little things that they couldn't fit in their suitcases. We also try to be flexible so please send an inquiry if you have any special requests. Appliances: Breville Toaster Oven, microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, small refrigerator. Sleeping arrangements: There is one king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps two people. We also have two pull-out single beds and the large sectional couch which can sleep three more people for a total of five. Check-in & Check-Out Please send me an inquiry if you have a special request for timing so I can try to accommodate. I try to be very flexible. Guest house bedroom, bathroom, laundry, living room and upstairs balcony are all included. We've had a great time hanging out and/or going out with some guests so we are totally open to it! On the other hand, our default is welcoming you to our guest house and then giving you lots of space to enjoy yourself without us interfering. The guesthouse is in Montecito, in an enclave of post-war construction. A short walk away is a school park and nursery with gardening classes, beekeeping, and a rose garden. In the other direction is vintage shopping as well as LGBT bars and clubs. The house is walking distance to local favorites such as Lux Central coffee bar, Pane Bianco, Clever Koi, Central Wine, Joe's Diner, and the George & Dragon pub. It's also about a 4-minute walk to the light-rail transit station that takes riders down The neighborhood is walking distance to all of the following transportation options: Light rail, Valley Metro (bus), Zip Bikes Beds: 1 king bed in master bedroom. 2 single pull-out beds and 1 large sectional couch are in the garage/living room for groups that need to sleep 3 or 4 people.

The kitchen has a hot plate and convention oven to make amazing meals with. And of course a coffee maker with organic beans. We leave fresh organic cream and granola for every guest.
