Private room = sharing the flat with me! only 15 minutes walk to "Gerber" and 10 to Marienplatz. The "Lehenviertel" is the best location in Stuttgart, with great restaurants, bars and the best bakery in town. The rural feeling and the proximity to downtown is unbeatable.
