Located ground level, below another airbnb unit and attached to the back a wood shop; the occasional power tool will be heard. We are also on a well, so the water does smell of sulfa. There is hydronic floor heat, cable television, wifi, a laundry room/bathroom and a few kitchen ammenities. Guests have a private entrance with the keypad. Guests must be able to adjust and climb ladder safely into loft bed or request couch.
