The house is located in a quiet residential street, a few minutes walk from the cosmopolitan Princes Avenue area of Hull, which has a great selection of cafes and bars. The city centre and train station is a 25 minute walk or short bus ride away. There is parking available outside the property.

I have people stay for one night. Weekends and contractors for 14 days In my Bright sunny room with king size bed. All lengths of stays welcome. Television and central heating and a view of the Humber bridge. Ensuite shower room with shower, toilet ,and basin and toiletries. I have two rooms available so there maybe other guests in the property we now have a jacuzzi that needs to be booked prior to arrival the cost is £20 for one night or first night then £10 consecutive nights
