Bogota Bike Tour
Our tour lasts 4 to 5 hours and includes part of the historical center and the Santa Fe, Los Martires and Teusaquillo neighborhoods. During the tour we visit the Parque Nacional, a coffee roaster where we see how Colombian coffee is selected and prepared, we taste fruits in a traditional market, pass by the National Museum and bullfighting plaza, where we often enter, and we play Colombia’s national sport, tejo. The tour covers some 13 kilometers, mostly flat. It’s a relaxed tour, with many stops where we talk about history, culture, politics, urban development and other subjects. All of our guides speak English, and for private tours we have also have French-, German- and Portuguese-speaking guides available. Our bicycles have aluminum frames, front suspension, 18 to 21 gears and Shimano parts. For tour groups of more than six people a mechanic/support person also accompanies the group.

Bogota has different faces and this a really interesting one you dont want to miss. First of all, we take the Transmilenio (BRT System) direction to Tunal Station and reach the Cable Care used by 700.000 locals everyday as their main transportation system. We will go to the last station Paraiso, and walk around in a deteriorated urban district by the violence and poorness in the past, trying to improve its habitants and surroundings through the education, urban renovation, sports and art equipments. After visiting Paraiso district, seeing and spectacular view of Bogota and having a look to te different Graffiti scene, we will eat delicious traditional local food. By doing this tour, part of the money is to support the graffiti colective in the neighborhood! Soak in magical hot springs w/lunch, coffee & drinks
Soak in a magical hot spring oasis that transports you to the feeling of being in the Amazon, but only 1.5 hours from Bogotá. You’ll get to spend the day soaking in natural hot springs, take fabulous photos, explore the tropical fauna, lily pond, and disconnect from everything. The experience includes exclusive access to a property not open to the public, round trip transportation (bus used when less than 4 people w/option for private), towels, a fruit platter with coffee, lunch, and a welcome drink. Natural hot springs are often praised for their health benefits such as blood circulation, stress reduction, pain relief, and improvement of skin problems. We’ll meet in Bogotá at 8 am and then arrive at the property at 9:45 am to have a coffee and you’ll be given a tour of the beautiful grounds. We'll meet at the "sweetest market on earth" Paloquemao Market. Once in there we'll start tasting different delicacies and start connecting the history and traditions of Colombia with its fruits. Depending on the season of the year, we’ll taste around 25 different fruits. After walking around the market and its sections, we'll end the experience with a fruit juice tasting that goes along with a traditional snack. The privileged geographic position Colombia has due to its proximity to the equator and the Andes crossing the whole country creates the perfect conditions for fruits to develop unique flavors.
Friday Night Bar Crawl in Bogotá
Hi! We are a group of local friends that host bar crawls in Bogotá every Friday & Saturday night. We wanted to give foreigners and tourists a unique "locals' experience", so we started these bar crawls. Each of our bar crawls consists of 3 bars and 1 club, all located in the Chapinero neighborhood in Bogotá. Chapinero is one of the most popular nightlife areas, especially among university students and young adults, in Bogotá. We will meet for 2 hours at the first bar at 7:30 pm to congregate and converse, and then we will proceed to the next 2 bars every hour, finally finishing off at the club by 12:30 am. Normally, locals also come on our crawls, so you will have the opportunity to connect with some Colombians and practice your Spanish! Our bar crawls consist of different bars on different nights. Candelaria Unveiled Hotspots & Hidden Gems

Then, we will step aside from the touristic area and visit our favorite 4 hidden gems: • A baroque church, keeper of the most curious stories in our history. • A counter-monument build by the victims of Colombian conflict. • Virgen del Carmen Sanctuary. • A local coffee shop. • A cool spot for your insta-pictures. Get to see the most touristic neighborhood through the eyes of locals, as we share with you our history, culture, current social and political situation and personal anecdotes.
