A completely newly renovated house 100m from lake Bolmen with large patio with sun all day and view over the stunning lake Bolmen. Jetty and swimming area are of course on the property, as well as the possibility to rent a boat from the host. Bolmen is a lake known for its fine water, good fishing and its many islands. At Sunnaryds Gård we raise the Gotland sheep and on the ground there is a high population of Dov deer. 700 meters from the property there is a paddle ball court, boule courts, football field, outdoor gym and multi-sport arena.

En stuga på ca 70m2 byggt 2005 delvis renoverat 2018 med fin sjötomt. Liten privat båthamn finns precis i närheten av tomten. Ca 5 minuter till Tallberga mataffär med bil. Det finns en egen strand på tomten som delas med värdfamiljen annars så finns det en allmän strand knappt 100 meter ifrån stugan. Finns även en bastu i badrummet om man vill värma sig.
