The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with underfloor heating, a large kitchen and a separate walk-in closet, which is 98 sqm. It can accommodate 5 people. A heat pump is installed which is very economical to use. In 2020 there is also a wooden terrace around the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed. There is a dishwasher and washing machine
