Original southern house from 1850. Significantly renovated in winter and spring 2019. The house was originally in a different place, and was moved to the place it now stands in the 1900s. The house is full of charm that we have chosen to keep. Among other things, floors and walls are crooked. But the timber itself is straight. Windows are level, but parts of the living room and rooms are not. This either makes you love the house or irritates yourself. The floors are ground down to original floors from the 1900s. The outdoor area has been upgraded with flattening.

Borøya is a beautiful island on the outside of Tvedestrand and with great islands like Sandøya, Lyngør and Askerøya nearby. The area has beautiful bathing spots, art exhibits, branded hiking trails, and a great restaurant. From the island there are bus connections and itineraries to the islands around, as well as short distance to the neighboring cities Risør (Trebåtfestival), Tvedestrand (Boat race, music festivals, swimming park and great shops) Arendal(Canalstreet, Arendalsuka) Kristiansand(Zoo and wonderful Southern idyll and shopping) PARADISE♥️

The cottage is unspoilt with great sea views near the southern idyll Holmesund. Guests must have their own bedding (pillowcases, duvet covers, sheets) and towels, and clean the cabin on departure. The cottage has a large terrace, WC, shower, micro, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Trampoline. 70 meters to park place. 350 meters to bathing place in Holmesund. 25 minutes to Arendal. 1 hour to Kristiansand. 3 hours to Oslo. I bought the cabin in 2018. Want to rent to guests who are careful and take good care of the cabin
