Impstone House Annexe is a lovely open-plan, oak-beamed area with kitchen and dining areas, living and bedroom area and en-suite bath / shower and WC. Plenty of room for a travel cot and additional camp bed if required. Our beautifully restored Shepherd's hut has a double bed, table and chairs and patio and is heated and electrified. This is a beautifully restored Victorian shepherd's hut, with a raised double bed at one end - no lambs underneath now! The hut is fully electrified, heated and with WiFi, though download speeds are rather slow. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. Outside is a small patio area, suitable for a BBQ in the summer and a kitchen shelter / camp kitchen. Unfortunately, due to steps up into the Shepherds Hut, this accommodation is not suitable for guests with significant disabilities.

From the patio kingfishers, egrets and heron are all regularly seen, and sometimes if you are lucky otters and watervoles too. The property is set within our family garden.
