Breckenridge has a rich mining history, which you can explore in the town’s well established historical district. You’ll find Main Street right there in the middle of it all, with independent shops, boutiques, bars, and acclaimed restaurants. The Breckenridge Heritage Alliance offers walking tours of some of the town’s oldest buildings and museums.
