Beautiful garden room (about 18 square meters) in the green district of Freiburg-Vauban. The room is bright and friendly. In front of it is the magnificent garden. On the 1st upper floor is the large living-dining room with two balconies, piano and cozy sofa corner with oven. A fully equipped kitchen is of course part of it. You live in a playground surrounded by huge trees. The tram, which will take you to the centre in 10 minutes, is 1 minute away. Bakeries, organic shops and supermarkets

The room is very central, only 3 minutes to the Dreisam and about 10 minutes to the city center. The room is located on the 4th floor outside of my apartment in the old building in the attic area! Room walls in the old building are not soundproofed! Not suitable for sensitive ears! The shower room is shared with 2 people as in my apartment. In the room there is a small fridge, microwave, some crockery, glasses, cutlery & internet connection.

The house is very well located. In the immediate vicinity of the train / S-Bahn (Zähringen) and in the countryside. 2 minutes up the road and you can walk or jog comfortably. All shops and the tram stop are close by. The room has a parking lot right in front of the house. Directly across the street is a bakery, butcher, hairdresser and a small shop where you can buy fresh vegetables, drinks and dairy products.
