Mini Beach retreat - sauna / spa / Gong
10.30 am The venue on the beach is lovely and secluded and the facilities are sweet, on the beach with easy access for a cold swim in the sea, and just next to Bison Bar and Burger, which you can order from the QR codes directly to your sauna area (vegetarian available). 11.00 am The wood fire dry sauna is heated around 80oC and centred in a technique called pirtis which I learned with a Lithuanian sauna master. I will use natural scents (not essential oils) from propolis to roses and other scented foraged leaves which will infuse the sauna and help with relaxation and breathing. 12.00 pm The leaf whisk massage (bouquet of birch, linden) will be divided as group experience thermal massage with no contact and then an individual experience with contact, which is shaking, pressing or hitting the whisk leaves against the skin, like banya but gentler. 1.30 pm Sauna treatments: salt scrubs and other surprises to help you moisturise at the end. 2.30 pm We finish with a Gong bath overlooking the ocean has a relaxing way to finish. Please bring your own yoga mat and dress for the weather. 3.00 pm We leave the venue, here we suggest either to continue your journey by grabbing a drink or a meal next door either at Bison Bar & Burger or at Yellowwave Cafe!
