Modern self contained Annexe in village setting

The Annexe is a bright, quiet and comfortable modern self contained space with a private entrance and parking on the drive. Broadclyst village has two popular pubs both serve great food and are only a 10min stroll there is also a post office and corner shop. The Cathedral City of Exeter is a 15min drive and is also easily accessible by bus from Broadclyst. Close to Airport but away from flight path, easy access to A30 and M5. Choice of 2 Train Stations Cranbrook or Pinhoe which are a 5min drive

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.

Elbury Farm is situated on the National Trust Killerton Estate, on the outskirts of Broadclyst. We offer a beautiful, peaceful, nature rich location less than 6 miles from Exeter city centre. Traditionally a dairy farm it has now begun to take a different direction- with nearly 1/3 of the farm in the process of rewilding.
