Below the cliffs lies the family friendly Stone Bay, a less crowded alternative to the main beach at Viking Bay. The beach is just a 3 minute walk away. A five minute walk will take you to Bleak House, then on to Viking Bay, the Promenade and the many wonderful restaurants and pubs that Broadstairs has to offer.

Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

Bleak House Lodge, and garden is the perfect location for a seaside getaway. The property was sympathetically renovated, maintaining an authentic period atmosphere. The south facing, private, walled garden is a beautiful sun trap, which can also be enjoyed from the garden room.

Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has the most magnificent direct seaview and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, it's Blue Flag assures good water quality. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Beautiful beachside apartment

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
