Classic beach cottage 5 minutes walk to 2 of the best surfing beaches on the South Coast. Ride your bikes or go beach or rock fishing. Swim or bodyboard in the crystal clear waters of Broulee. There is also now a Brewhouse just up the road. Our place is in the perfect part of Broulee to enjoy everything this awesome surf village has to offer. It is also 10 minutes to Mogo Zoo and 20 minutes to Batemans Bay. All linen is supplied except beach towels. Sorry no schoolies. Strictly no pets.

Broulee is a little slice of paradise on the south coast of NSW. This guest house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.
