The flat is situated above our garage which is just a stones throw from the main house. It is a bright, open plan space with views over Scapa Flow. The staircase into the flat is slightly steeper than normal, the kitchen & shower room are on the ground floor with the open plan bedroom & living area upstairs. The flat is heated by an air source unit. We are a 20 minute drive from Kirkwall and 10 minutes from St Margaret’s Hope which is where the Pentalina Ferry from Gills Bay berths.
