Reindeer Mountain Cabin

Reindeer Mountain Cabin was built in the 1974, has unique carvings at the ends of the roof purlins and views of Mount Denali. The cabin’s interior has been entirely renovated. It is located 27 miles south of Denali National Park, on the Parks Hwy, just south of the Denali Hwy intersection. The cabin is attached to the end of the old Reindeer Mountain Lodge, which is in disrepair and undergoing deconstruction. No work will occur while guests are in the cabin. New comfortable cabin located just outside Denali Park. 3 beds 1 queen and 2 full. Hot and cold water. Full bathroom with large shower. There is a great restaurant along with a pizza pub 10 min. towards the Park. The Park Road is a beautiful 20 min. drive thru the Alaska Range. The Visitors Center is a 25 min. drive. The Border with Denali Park is across the river behind the cabin. Cantwell service station and laundry facility is 5 min drive. Mini fridge,microwave,BBQ and covered deck.

Small single level 16x20 cabin. 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 futon in the living room. Hot and cold running water, toilet, shower, kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, two burner propane stove top. No cell phone reception, no tv reception(dvds available), WiFi is available but spotty Built mostly from local and/or recycled materials. The bathroom is small but fully functional. The refrigerator has complimentary sausage and eggs for breakfast.
