We manage and clean our home personally. It is a newer , super clean home that sits on an acre and a half of land. Close to downtown newberry, 7 mile. And 30 mile from Columbia/Irmo. About 4 mile to get on I-26 . easy to get to, off 176 on a nicely paved dead end road ,right near Sumter National Forest. We are not fancy but we are super clean, and super comfortable, with everything you need. NO CATS , ALL DOGS MUST BE APPROVED !!
