The Chalet is a newly built, fully furnished 2 bedroom property set in our large sheltered garden in the quiet, rural village of Carnon Downs. We are located, with easy access to Falmouth and the city of Truro. There are public footpaths bordering the property just waiting to be explored, which makes it ideal for ramblers and families alike. We are a smallholding with chickens and geese as well as our friendly cocker spaniels. Carnon Downs offers a range of local facilities.

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.

Our annex is located in a village 4 miles from Cornwall’s charming city of Truro where there are plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. We are also close to beautiful sandy beaches, spectacular cliffs, walks and outdoor spaces. From here it is easy to go west to Falmouth ( 8 miles) and beyond or to the north Cornish coast by car, train or bus. An ideal location from which to explore and enjoy the south west on the water or on the land.
