FlywithFlo Paragliding near Lucerne Switzerland
We will take off from Mount Niederbauen for a Panorama flight (10-20 minutes) in Emmetten. If it's possible we will try to flight over the peak of Niederbauen. From there you have an amazing view over the lake Lucerne and to Gotthard, the main reach of the Alps. We can choose other take offs like Engelberg or Biehlen. It always depends on the wind for this day. There are a lot of different landing and takeoff places around. This is the reason cause Swiss is one of the best countries for paragliding and "hike and fly" tours. We can take off and land almost everywhere if the landowner allows it. The basic requirement for the start is that the passenger is able to walk a few steps because we have to accelerate for the start in order to take off. The landing is relatively easy, as the pilot and passenger straighten up and take a step before touching the ground. After landing there is the possibility to have a look and purchase photos and videos (cost 30 franks extra) made during the flight by the pilot. Other things to note: Costs for cablecar, parking, transfer are NOT INCLUDED to the price. Paragliding is not an extreme sport in Swiss by the opinion of the insurance. The possibility to get hurt is much lower than with skiing or driving a motorbike. There are more than 14000 active pilots in Switzerland.

Sail Magnificent Lake Lucerne
Release the shorelines, hoist the sail, steer the boat, navigate and maneuver - or simply sit back and admire the majestic panorama of Alpine peaks. How active or passive you want to be, is up to you, and nobody is judging you. We're sailing on the magnificent Lake Lucerne - it doesn't get much better than that. Experienced sailors and absolute first-timers are equally welcome. And I'm equally happy to operate the boat myself, or guide you gently so you can develop and safely practice your sea-skills. Our starting point is Marina Lützelau on the North shore of the lake. After a short safety briefing, we release the shorelines and set sail across the lake to the foot of the dramatic Bürgenstock, towering 700m (2300ft) above us. Care for a dip in the cool water? This could be our refreshing swimming stop. Hungry? we will savour fresh specialities from a local cheese factory and neighbouring farms. We continue towards Weggis, a serene, 900-year-old village on the slopes of Mount Rigi. Sailing gives us unique views of the village, often termed the 'Riviera' of central Switzerland. Our trip ends back where we started, at the Marina Lützelau. For your peace of mind: I've never seen anyone feeling sea-sick on the lake, not even those who suffer at sea. The cockpit is safe: accidentally falling overboard is impossible. Cancellation due to rain includes a full refund. Other things to note Boat etiquette: if you're not having fun, you're not doing it right. Sailing in the rain is no fun, and unsafe, so in case of unfavourable forecast 24h in advance I will cancel with a full refund.

Tandem paragliding in Luzern
The tandem paraglider is specially built to support the weight of 2 people: the pilot and the passenger. In order to be a passenger no previous experience is needed, you don't need to be particularely fit and we don't have any age requirements. The first step is reaching to our take off. Our take offs are located on mountain tops or high grassy fields which are easily accessible by cablecar or train. Once we get to the take off, it takes about 15 minutes to get ready for the take off. The tandem pilot prepares the wing, helps the passenger to gear up and gives the briefing to the passenger. In a few steps we are airborne and then you can relax and enjoy the flight. The landing is easy. We just make a few steps over the ground. Our landings are usually located close to our starting point, next to the cable car station or train station. Please note that the flight time can be anywhere between 8 to 20 minutes or more depending on the thermic conditions and take off spot. On request we also organize special flights like: sunrise flights, hike and fly or one day cross-country paragliding. We offer photo&video service for an extra 30 CHF. Other things to note Please be aware that this is an outdoor activity. Best is if you have your own hiking boots, wind breaker trousers and jackets. If not, please wear sports attire.

Off the beaten track in Interlaken
We will start off by taking the train to the village of Wilderswil. If you are not familiar with the region, please let me know and I will help you plan your route. We will follow the hiking trail along the Saxetenbach river through the Sytiwald forest. This trail is barely frequented by the locals or tourists, so you will get to immerse yourself completely in the mystical alpine forest domain. Once through the forest, we will arrive in the secluded Saxettal valley with Saxeten village at the center of it. This village is a breath of fresh air from the tourist Meccas of Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. If you want to properly visit the village or buy local freshly made cheese, please count a detour of 1h - 1h30. After Saxeten we will continue hiking up through the forest to Abendberg - an abandoned hotel. From there we will enjoy one of the best views of Lake Brienz before going back down to Wilderswil. This is a mountain hiking trail, so good shoes are absolutely necessary. This is a round-hike and it will end at the same point where we started. I will plan the hike in accordance with local weather forecast and adjust the itinerary if necessary. If you are feeling confident, we may also take a slightly longer trail. The length of this hike is 19.46 km (12.09 miles) with a total ascent of 1’001 m (3’284 feet).
