Natural Cosmetics Workshop
Welcome to my natural cosmetics workshop, I will be happy to welcome you to my home in Quebec City! We will start learning how to use the plant activity and which properties are and what their application is. After that, we will choose two recipes to make (balm for the lips, massage bar, Ayurvedic hair treatment, body balm, deodorant...) we will select our ingredients to prepare the different treatments and I will explain to you the tips on how to apply his care and how to keep them all their properties! You'll leave with several recipes at home, and the workshop will end with a well-deserved little food break with homemade cakes and hot drinks! Thanks for reading and see you soon!
Snowshoe hike and traditional dinner and stories around the fire pit
Discover the Quebec forest in snowshoes, the nature and charm of a fire outside in the winter and enjoy a good traditional dinner like the explorers and the hunters of the old time. We will follow the same trail as the explorers and wood runners of the old days and explore a majestic canyon with sheer ice walls and beautiful scenery in the heart of an ancient forest filled with hundred year old pine trees. All the equipment is provided and all you have to do is be well dressed to enjoy the climate while I guide you through wonderful scenery and teach you surviving skill in the wilderness. We observe nature and wildlife on an unforgettable snowshoeing adventure. Little survival class and old-fashioned flames cooking. The schedule and duration of the hikes are flexible depending on the weather and your availability. Children are welcome :) You will come back home filled with your heart filled with memories, relaxed and with a belly full of good food.
Hiking with cute pack goats and lunch under the trees
Come hike with the goats! Close to Quebec City, discover the majestic Quebec forest with my affectionate and funny goats who will carry your luggage and will accompany us on the trails. We will hike up a small mountain that is easy to access and explore the woods to observe the local fauna and flora, visit an amazing beaver dam, enjoy a breathtaking views and have a delicious picnic under the trees. You will learn about the history of the region, the wildlife of Quebec, you will lead your own goat, get a basic training in outdoors survival and discover the wonderful world of goat packing. Stargazing with mountain goats around the fire and s’mores
After an introduction with my sweet mountain goats, we will take the pack with us up a trail to a breath taking view of the forest, old city and St-Laurence in the distance. On our way down, it’ll make a fire and together we will cook s’mores and share a drink under the stars. We will listen to sounds of the forest at night while I tell local Native American legends and talk about the history of the settlers that founded beautiful Quebec City. Then back to parking and photos with the goats that you won’t want to leave. Two person minimum and this tour is also available at other time and dates. Don’t hesitate to ask! Guided e-bike tours on Ile d'Orléans, Quebec City
Just a 15-minute drive from Old Quebec, come and discover l'Île d'Orléans. On electric bikes, the guide will show you the island's most beautiful village, visit a fruit farm, a winery, the local chocolate factory and more! We'll meet at Motel Ile d'Orleans, close to the bridge. Upon arrival, you'll get a detailed safety introduction, before following the guide on this easy bike tour of 20 km / 12.5 mi. We'll visit the Foyer de Charité and taste the famous strawberries of Ile d'Orleans. I'll share fascinating details about history and local agriculture, a very important aspect of the island's economy. As we reach the picturesque village of Ste Pétronille, we'll take a quick break from cycling at the Chocolaterie de l'Ile. Stroll on the St Lawrence River's shores and enjoy the amazing view on Quebec City's skyline. We'll continue the tour and stop at a nice boutique and coffee shop. We'll stop at one of the island's most classy wineries. Overlooking the Montmorency Falls, we'll taste their selection of local wines. We will finish at Cassis Monna & Filles. There is no bike path; you will use the road's safe sidewalk. On your own, be curious and visit the famous Strawberries of Ile d'Orleans, village of Ste-Pétronille, Chocolaterie de l'Ile. Stroll on the St-Lawrence River's shores and enjoy the amazing view on Quebec City's skyline. Stop at some classy wineries and enjoy the view of the Montmorency's Fall. The rental is 4 hours. This is not the "Guided tour experience". This is a rental experience and you visit the Island on your own. The electric assistance is very powerful, you never had so much fun cycling up a hill!

We will go in busy streets, off the beaten track and we will travel in time as far as the 1600s. We'll tackle major themes such as colonization, wars between empires or the Quiet Revolution and Quebec separatism. We will talk about architecture too, and food naturally. Of course you can count on us to tell you a few anecdotes that make this experience so interesting. You'll see the highlights of the Upper Town, such as the Château Frontenac, the cathedrals, the city hall, the Price building, the Parlement and at least one fancy gate. This experience is not a standard tourist city tour : it is much better. I designed the experience to be fun & straight-to-the-point. The tour includes in-depth history of Quebec and covers the essential spots you have to see in the Old Town. Here's the plan : 1) Notre-Dame de Quebec Cathedral First church in Canada. National Historic Site and UNESCO World Heritage Site. 2) Quebec City's Town Hall 3) Séminaire de Québec One of the oldest buildings of the city. 4) Rue des Remparts & Old Town Walls 5) Petit Champlain & Notre-Dame-des-Victoires Church 6) Terrasse Dufferin 7) Frontenac Castle Quebec City's jewel! 8) Citadelle Fortress & Plains of Abraham 9) Terrasse Pierre-Dugua-de-Mons Best view in the Old Town (amazing pictures). 10) Tea Break & Snack Snack : fresh fruits & organic tea. You are invited to visit our educational farm, home to numerous animals, accompanied by a passionate guide. Discover interesting facts on each of our resident species while observing their natural behaviour in an environment which promotes their well-being and meets each animal's needs. The aim of our educational farm is to teach visitors about those needs and the well-being of these superb creatures. Countless animals in need or abandoned have found refuge here at our non-profit charitable organization. Over the course of a visit lasting one and a half hours, you will be in direct contact with all of our animals, allowing you to touch, observe and feed them. At the end of the visit, each visitor leaves with a magnificent peacock feather as a souvenir, and will have an opportunity to purchase eggs or alpaca sourced products. At the end, we invite you to stay a while longer and take advantage of the surroundings and our picnic area, in the event that you packed a snack.
