Calm 6 persons house with garden near Limoges

This 72 m² independant house, at the end of the road next to a wood, is build on a 560m² garden, kept clear by a gardener. Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !

Lakeside cabin with space for 1-4 people. This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

A very nice apartment, 60m carrės, located in the heart of the old town, in the historic district of the city 150 meters from the cathedral. Within walking distance of all the shops as well as the bishopric gardens and the banks of Vienna. The beautiful train station, some of which say it is the most beautiful in the world, is a 3-minute drive, a 10-minute walk. Airport is a 20-minute drive. The neighborhood is pedestrian with free parking nearby.

Beautiful apartment in secure residence with parking

Hello everyone ! I am renting my apartment that I have completely redone. I wished for a cozy and warm atmosphere, I hope you will feel as good as I do ! The residence is very quiet and secure. It has a swimming pool open from June to end of September. Guests can park inside the residence and free of charge. It is ideally located close to the golf course, La Vienne, 10 minutes from the center and 2 km from the A20 ! I wish you a pleasant stay!

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon.(20 minutes from the A20 highway) Lots of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (paid wood) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette ( fridge, microwave oven, electric oven and two gas fires) open to the garden. My place is close to Limoges. It is independent and is located in the Briance Valley countryside. In the nearby area, you can visit the village of Solignac, the ruins of Chalucet, the Reynou park, the limousine park,... Oradour sur Glane is 30 minutes away. It can be the starting point for hikes.
