Located just 2 miles to the start of the historic Katy Trail makes this a great spot. Also, we are only minutes away from Truman Lake which boasts some of the best crappie and spoonbill fishing around. A dedicated shed with lock is provided at the back of the home for bike storage. A short walk to the historic square with shopping + eateries!

2 bed 1.5 bath. The bedrooms have walk-in closets & kid-friendly lofts that can sleep 2-3 each & up to 2 in each queen bed. The lofts are great spaces to play games, read, or just have fun hanging out. The couch also can fold out to sleep 1 person. Total it can sleep 5 adults and 4-6 kids. If you are needing room for 2 extra adults, we can supply an air mattress that would be set up in the living room. There's a full frig, microwave, range & oven, dishwasher, laundry room, and coffee maker.
