A quite secluded coach house close to beautiful Devonport park and a short walk to Royal William Yard. It is a clean modern space with the original slate flag stones and granite steps. There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room. Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too.
