The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our hobby farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have free range chickens, rabbits, and 2 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore, a campfire spot and a teepee with indoor fire pit. Children love staying here!

Located right outside of Williamstown, Grammer's place is small but cozy! Our home is just 5 miles from the Ark Encounter and 35 minutes from the Creation Museum. Grammer's Place is a tiny home that sits very close to my personal home, but you will have access to as much privacy as needed. Along with this, guests will still have access to their own parking spaces.
