After high school, Sonia joined the French Air Force as an Operations Officer in the Solenzara helicopter squadron. Twenty-two years later, she retired from the armed forces to start her own property management service, which quickly picked up momentum. Posessing excellent communication skills and an unfailing smile, she acquired expertise in hopsitality first as an Airbnb superhost and later as an Airbnb ambassador for Haute-Corse. She now wants to leverage her passion for hosting to help others do the same on Airbnb.

Luckey will manage your property, with the help of our partner (Sonia) and her team who specialize in mid-term and short-term rental management in Ghisonaccia. Sonia will oversee the on-the-ground operations (cleaning, check-in etc.), while Luckey will handle the online operations (listing creation, booking requests etc.) and the guest relationship. You will get an opportunity to meet Sonia or a representative from her team before using the service.
Whenever a guest makes a reservation and stays at your place, you’re automatically covered by our Host Guarantee, which provides property damage coverage of up to $1,000,000 USD. If a claim needs to be filed, your hosting team can help you take care of it. Learn more about Airbnb’s Host Guarantee
You are eligible to use the service if you have an entire home that you’d like to list, whether it’s a vacation rental or city apartment, located in one of the cities where Luckey has partnered with an expert team – and if your property matches their local criteria.
You don’t need to empty your space in order to host – Airbnb makes sure travelers know that they are staying in someone’s home. You may want to store valuables in a secure place, such as a locked room, closet, safe, or storage facility. Ask your team to help you figure out the best solution for your belongings.
Finding new and better ways to help our host community is a top priority, and we have partnered with a handful of hosting teams to learn more about how we can make hosting easier. As this is currently a closed pilot, we are not accepting applications for partnerships at this time.
After each reservation, an amount corresponding to 80% of the revenue generated will be credited to your account directly.
