My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Your room (16m2) is on the first floor with balcony with view at sea and town. In the room there is smart TV+Sat, fridge, sofa, closet, working table. Bathroom is separated 2 m next to your room, across the hallway (hallway is shared space), it is only for your use and off course you have a key. Note that there is NO kitchen, only refrigerator and basic stuff like spoons, plates, glasses.
