Doha Social and Political Walk
Qatar is a tiny country in the Persian Gulf that used to be a poor, barren desert land with a fishing industry as its only source of income. But today, Qatar is the wealthiest country on the planet. Its government has investments and properties all over the world, and its capital, Doha, is a city of skyscrapers, malls, and luxury cars. This interactive storytelling walk is meant to have the flow and information-heavy experience of a documentary. It takes us into a comprehensive analysis, providing surprising answers. It highlights the social and political elements of Qatar, from the creation of the Qatari state to modern times. We’ll address both historical and current events from a balanced & non-biased point of view to help you determine your views of this land for yourself. The experience is aimed at people with a genuine interest in politics and those keen to learn more about the situation in Qatar by conducting some first-hand research. Feel free to contact me for a date and hour that suits you best.

Turkish Coffee Culture & Traditions
As a passionate Turkish Coffee lover; I would like to invite you to discover a tradition and culture more than just having a coffee. Turkish coffee is not drunk in the morning to wake-up; or it is not served in big cups like most of other standard coffee. Yet the cup is small; the feeling of pleasure, joy and relaxation is very rich and concentrated. One thing it suits to a Turkish coffee more than a sincere conversation is definitely the Turkish Delight. The most interesting part of having a Turkish Coffee is the famous fortune-telling. The shape and coffee grounds inside the cup after a having Turkish Coffee create a unique design. It is believed that this unique design could be interpreted to guess the future in a fun way. Based on my experience from the family, I like interpreting the coffee cups of people around me. I would like to highlight that it is not like mentioning about your past or guessing your future. Personally, I believe there is no any tool available for divination for a person but only the God. I promote the fortune telling is a part of the tradition and ritual of Turkish Coffee. As Turkish say; ‘’ Don’t believe the fortune-telling, but don’t go without one ‘’ Looking forward to seeing you to discover this unique experience and coffee art. This activity will enrich your opinion about Turkish coffee culture. See you!
