Welcome to my stylish 6th floor penthouse which has just been refurnished. The 2010 built appartment is at walking distance to the ferryboat port of Piraeus The appartment consists of 1 double bed bedroom with a desk and 1 room with kitchen, kitchen table, and a big sofa, suitable to sleep 2 kids or even adults. It has also a 10 sq. meter balcony to assist you enjoy the view to Piraeus port and Saronikos bay fully covered with electrical operated tents for sunny days. The kitchen is fully equiped for cooking with Miele oven, ceramic cooktop and microwave oven, water boiler and all type of cookware. For long stays there is a 5kg washing machine in the bathroom or you can use the drycleaners in the area. There is also an iron board and an iron can be provided on request. The LG Airconditioners, at both rooms, are very quiet and will not bother you during your sleep. There is always hot water available, thanks to the solar heated boiler installed. 40" LCD Tv is available with sattelite receiver and playstation 3, and also 24 MBps internet wifi internet is available. The area where the apartment is located is quiet and nice, very close to the sea, at walking distance from the port of Piraeus. The appartment is 30 meters from mini market, bakery, pharmacy. and abt 200 meters from a supermarket. Also, if you need to do some shopping, the shopping area is just 150 meters far. You can also find many small nice tavernas around the place with nice sea view. Regarding transportation, the house is 1km far from Piraeus Main Train station and Piraeus intercity train station with connection to the airport and the rest of Greece. Also there is a bus station 50 meters away, connecting the house to the port , the train station and the center of piraeus.

The area where the apartment is located is quiet and nice, very close to the sea, at walking distance from the port of Piraeus. The house is 50 meters from mini market. Also, if you need to do some shopping, the shopping area is just 150 meters far. You can also find many small nice tavernas around the place. The tv is 21 inch hd tft monitor/tv where you can connect your laptop if you need so. You will find in the house clean sheets, blankets and towels for your full stay. Hot water is available the whole time, due to the solar panel heater and ofcourse with electric boiler in case there is no sun, which ussually does not happen often.
