Small cozy cottage 60 m2 located about 200m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area with short distance to Svanninge Bakker It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 bedroom with double box spring (140x200), open loft with double mattress, room with 2 single beds (80x190) suitable for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace around the house, there is barbecue, sunbeds and garden furniture.

The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)
