We (Sebastian and Viktoria) are offering a private bedroom in our Home. The house is located 35 minutes away from Vienna by train (station 5 mins walk from the house). The room is private and you can freely use the common areas (garden with fire pit, terrace, living room with TV, bathroom with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer,..). Usually the room is our bedroom, so we will either not be home during your stay or working late and sleeping in the guest room.

I am Markus and live with my wife in a beautiful 16th century square courtyard with 4,000m² of meadow &forest. We would also like to give you the opportunity to spend a wonderful holiday with family and/or friends. In several years and very elaborate renovation, the farm was completely renewed. Four housing units were created. In the east wing we live, in the south part there is another apartment and in the southwest part 2 chalets were built.

We - your hosts (Johanna and Karli) - live in the wing next to the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.
