Cozy cottage with a community boat dock and ramp (boat & kayak rentals nearby). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Just minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to severe allergy issues.

Lake Martin's The Nest

Welcome to The Nest in Kowlaiga Bay Estates. The Nest is located directly across the street from the lake and within walking distance to one of the neighborhoods boat docks (first come first serve) and walking distance to a swimming area. There is also a neighborhood boat launch that’s approximately 3/4 of a mile away on Beach Drive. We have a paddle board and a one person kayak. The home is close to restaurants, marinas, and markets.
