2 Highcroft is the last house on a little countryside Lane, set on the Downs Link. There is storage available for cyclists and small well behaved dogs are welcome. Brighton, Hove and Shoreham are 20 minutes by car to the south and Horsham is 20 minutes to the north. The room is located in the basement. It is a small double with it's own front door, kitchenette and little shower room. There is an adjoining door from this space to the rest of the house, which is locked, making the space private.
