The cottage is located in the small village of Levalunda about 1 mil outside Ronneby. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen with open plan, bathroom and a small terrace overlooking open fields where you often see deer, hares and other game. There is a nicely arranged patio with oak benches and tables where many can socialize. For the children there is a friend swing and the whole forest as a playground. Within bicycle distance there is Eggsboden where you can eat and drink well. Within a 15-minute drive you can reach both the sea, lake bath and Ronneby well bath.

There are 2 bicycles. Out on the property is a guest house with 2 beds that can be used. But this guest house is not winterized so after September it is not available to use.
