With a king size bed upstairs and a sofa bed in the living area it is ideal for renting by a single person or couple. Freshly decorated in restful tones, it has a shower room and equipped kitchenette. A private patio in the garden, alongside a gurgling stream, makes a great place for breakfast in summer. The village of Effingham boasts two pubs, a row of shops, and trains to London.
