Sørlandshus i Gjerstad near bathing and fishing waters

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house is built about 1950 by local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We've been trying to keep the retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system in the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We'll use the house as a vacation home ourselves. The house is open and peaceful. There are nice places to swim nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half an hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø
