Charming lakeside house 15min outside Stockholm

I have a charming, brand new one bedroom guest house, 40m2, in Nacka right outside Stockholm city center, 5-10min by car, or 20 by buss. It's located in a suburb on a hill above a small lake with a beautiful wide open view of the surroundings. Green recreation areas with hiking and biking trails around the corner. The cottage has one bedroom with a queen size bed. A pullout couch in the living room/kitchen area that sleeps 2, and a small loft with a ladder that sleeps 2, preferably children, but adults can fit as well. It has a fireplace, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a big outdoor deck with furniture and a barbecue. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as tea and coffee and basic kitchen condiments. Grocery store, bakery and coffee shop a 15 minute walk away. Easy access to Stockholm, 3 min walk to the bus, two blocks, that take you direct to Stockholm center via Slussen. You are also close to ferryboats if you want to commute to Stockholm by boat, or discover the beautiful archipelago for a day. A ferryboat to Sandhamn and back is a lovely day trip. The lake below the house is lovely to swim in summertime with a small beach on the opposite side. In wintertime when it freezes the whole neighborhood comes to ice-skate or ski. Shopping mall and supermarket 5 min away by car. Parking in the street. It's a dead end road so there is basically no traffic.
