The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez bei Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away, and the festival house is 20 minutes away. You live on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it to travel. The house is right next to the small Margrafen castle Schreez. In 2021 & 2022 we renovated the house.

The city bus leaves for the city center every half hour until 7.30 pm in 15 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away. Bikes are available free of charge for travellers without a car. Not far away there are good refreshments. There are various local suppliers/bakers within a radius of approx. 2 km. Bath/WC/shower newly renovated.

The stop is 3 minutes away. For travellers without cars, bicycles are available for a small fee. Not far away there are good refreshments. Various local suppliers are located within a radius of approx. 2 km. Bathroom newly renovated. Cooking facilities available.
