The inviting front and back porches make for wonderful evenings. Don't be surprised to be visited by resident llamas, miniature horses and registered longhorns. Herman's cottage is 25 minutes away from Baylor University, Magnolia Market and Baylor Scott and White Hospital.

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. We welcome small dogs with special permission, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a futon for an extra guest.
