Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Unlimited overnight use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - only £10) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our new build apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). As hosts, we will respect your privacy but we are always here if you need us.

Our modern Annexe is located next door to our main home. It has its own private access and parking to the front. Ideally located for easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway network and close to Rivervale Barn, Warbrook House & The Elvetham wedding venues. There are three very good Pubs withing walking distance, all do superb food. There is a village shop and all local amenities close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within easy access.
