Our apartment is located in the heart of Rheinhessen in a quiet location on the vineyards. The 70 m² apartment located in the basement of our house consists of a large living/sleeping area with four-poster bed 180x200 and sofa bed (on request), bathroom with shower + toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a bookable separate room (bed 180x200). The garden and pool can be used from May 26, 23 - September 10, 23. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance, has a furnished terrace area, is also pleasantly cool in high summer, and can be heated in winter by underfloor heating. Via the A63 and A61 (about 5 km) you can reach the cities of Mainz, Wiesbaden, Worms, Bingen, Bad Kreuznach in about 30 minutes, Alzey in 15 minutes.Two of the well-known "Hiwweltour"hiking and biking trails start right at the house and lead you to Flonheim's landmark "Trullo".
