Its a cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath home walking distance to downtown Rome with a fenced backyard for privacy and pets. We provide every thing needed to enjoy your stay: sheets, towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, stove, refrigerator, iron, washer and dryer, 2 TVs with Xfinity Wi-Fi and cable. Our kitchen is your kitchen. Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, dishes and appliances as needed. Before checkout, Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and clean up fenced yard, after pets.

Quiet Country Setting in an Equine Facility

A quiet country getaway convenient to Rome & Summerville. The space has 2 X- long twin beds, a nice full bath with 2 sinks and large shower, TV & coffee maker. Guests have their own private entrance, access to a microwave, toaster, refrigerator & storage for bicycles, kayaks and recreational equipment. The space has it's own heat and air system and water heater. We live separate but under the same roof along with our small dog, a cat and 2 horses so we will be close by if needed.
