My house is a one-bedroom apartment in a row, centrally located in Volda. 10 min walk to the haystack, grocery store and hospital. 15 min walk to downtown. The room I rent is 13.4 m2, located on the ground floor, near the bathroom/toilet and has access to the terrace (which can be used by the tenant). The double bed is 150x200. Not allowed with smoking, pets and alcohol/fortification. My place is suitable for those who have short stays in Volda; students, visitors, festival participants, mountain people who want to get to know Sunnmøre.

The house is prepared for maximum 8 persons, but cozy enough also if you are only 2. The first floor consists of the entrance, the hall, the kitchen, living room and main bathroom. WIFI. The second floor has the 4 bedrooms and toilet. The terrace is on the back of the house with the good view. It is 150 m to the local store, and 3 minutes to drive down to the ferry to Volda, with ferry every half hour to the city of Volda (10 minutes ferry ride). Perfect starting point for a mountain trip.
