We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. please note the dam was damaged during the great flood and the lake is down. See picture. Also the creek is dry. Hopefully FEMA will repair soon!
