Clean &Safer than many listing in FD, please check map, to save $can be risky. bottom floor when u enter u have to go downstairs 1 floor, but to the bathroom 3 from ur space, reason is cheaper, but so much privacy No car garage, but free space to park Rules who doesn’t have& and my rules are at front, but I’m very easy going House shared with 4 or 3 including u, less drama & less waiting for baths, can do per night if u have my requirements & additional reasonable fee, please contact me
